Imposter Syndrome is the feeling that we are not as talented, expert, or successful as others believe, and that we don't deserve everything we've achieved. It’s the sense that we are deceiving everyone around us, that we got our job position due to luck, being pleasant, or knowing the right people. Format: This workshop addresses this topic through a participatory workshop format. It begins with a presentation on what imposter syndrome is, and the rest of the time is spent facilitating group dynamics in small Zoom breakout rooms. The aim is to reflect and share how the syndrome affects us personally and collectively, and to build tools together.
